Manabik is a Bengali word meaning ‘humane’ and reflects kindness and care towards those in need.

Officially founded in 2024, the Manabik Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to making a positive impact on society. Our mission is to bring hope, support, and opportunities to those who need it most.

The Mission Behind Manabik

1. Free Food

Hunger should not be a barrier to a fulfilling life. We organize food distribution programs to provide free meals to those in need, ensuring that no one goes to bed hungry.

2. Free Treatment

We work tirelessly to improve healthcare accessibility. Through free medical treatment and health camps, we aim to reach the underserved and ensure they receive the care they need.

3. Free Education

We believe that education is a fundamental right. Manabik provides free education to children from underprivileged backgrounds, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to build a brighter future.

4. Blood Donation

We believe in the life-saving power of blood donation. Our blood donation drives connect donors with those in urgent need, helping to save lives and support health services in times of crisis.

5. Women Empowerment

Our primary corporate office is located in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, while our operational activities are managed from our office in Kolkata, West Bengal 105/16 DumDum Road, Kolkata 700074.

Legal Standing

The word "Manabik" is registered under the Trade Marks Registry, Government of India, in accordance with the Trade Marks Act, 1999, Section 23 (2), Rule 56 (1). It is classified under class 45 as a non-profit organization. Manabik Foundation is an Indian organization limited by guarantee, registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. We are recognized under the Companies Act 2013 (8 of 2013), and we hold Income Tax Exemption registrations under sections 12A and 80G, allowing us to operate transparently and efficiently while maximizing the impact of every donation.
